I'm still shooting the same bowtech since 2004.....no issues at all. I shoot about 6-7 grains per pound.

I'll be looking at a BT Prodigy soon to see how it shoots.

I shoot medium weight to heavier arrows,Easton FMJ, Gold Tip Kinetic and Victory VAPS. My dealer is one of the top Bowtech dealers in the state and hes one of those guys that will drop any company or product that he has many issues with. He has replaced very few Bowtech limbs and Bowtech is his # 1 seller. I have been told that with their beyond parallel limbs that the majority of all limb issues are the result of improperly pressing them, you only want to press them just enough to get the string/cables loose.

You used to se a lot of Bowtechs on the 3d shooting ranges, but today you don't see many at all. It would be nice to see them start showing up again.

I shot an Addy for 5 years and didn't have a minutes trouble from it.....wish I still had it. Full disclosure: I have a Prodigy now and it's the smoothest (3 setting) vib free bow I've ever shot. But....,I did have a limb split and got them all replaced for $50. Not a problem since and I'm just now getting my confidence back in it as far as durability.

Did you buy the Prodigy new or used? IIRC,they just came out in 2015. Thanks.

I bought from off of Archery Talk back in August. The guy had had it since March. I got it with a QAD Ultra Rest for $800 shipped. Even with the limb failure, I only have $850 in it.
