Not according to the detective I talked to being this THUG is known to the system in 2014 and the detective stated he was waiting to slam the door on him finally. He was in previously for armed robbery. This makes him worse than a THUG.

He hit a bunch of other vehicles throughout the neighborhood the same night. I consider him a scum bag, thug, prowler, trespasser, robber and up to no good when you duck behind the AC units until a car passes.

What does he look like to you, a regular ole fella just trying to get to church early on Sunday morning (which he's a day late) to get a seat upfront? No churches in the area but, maybe he needs to find one before his last will and testament is a barrage of bullets for trespassing.

I think he was just saying that Criminal Trespass 3rd degree isnt going to get him much in the line of any criminal sentence UNLESS the dirtbag confesses to the auto thefts, which is doubtful. Unless he is still on parole or probation and this violates him.

Also, Id get a driveway alarm so that when you hear it go off, you go out and catch the SOB next time as WELL as have the photos for proof.

There are a few out there. They work great and Ive used it to catch a couple losers prowling my yard. The most recent just a few months ago.

Another one I posted up here a couple years ago with the pics and videos of him trying to steal my pressure washer. I was on him within 40 seconds of entering my lawn and I was asleep when he showed up. Same time as in your case 1:30 am. I came out and had him under my 12 gauge quick. They work GREAT!

Another thing to note..is you CANNOT shoot them for stealing. You will get jammed up legally for sure with some very expensive legal bills.

However since he was convicted of ARMED robbery in the past, Id definitely have him under my gun when I approached him.

Just remember though you cant kill someone these days for steal stuff.

I had a friend who had laser sensors across his yard but deer are prevalent here. I bought 5 security cameras and installed them on the corners of the house as well as the game cameras still out.

I know criminal trespass 3rd degree isn't anywhere close to B&E or a heavier charge. The idea he just got out in 2014 most likely puts him on Parole or Probation of some kind. This means be on your best behavior or else or at least around here it means that. He stole a pistol out of my neighbors Jeep so, consider him armed and dangerous now.

Actually I wouldn't shoot the clown if I got the draw on him, I'd rather torture and put the cuffs on him until the law showed up. Being retired fugitive recovery agent, I know how to handle these thugs and how they think. Pretty simple.

The whole objective here is to let him as well as others that it's not safe to prowl around our area because you never know who's watching nowadays! This information was shared with the other locals that live here to be on the guard even though he went on a vehicle break in binge the same night.

If you don't nip it in the bud, you'll have others joining him making a bigger problem than just 1 roaming around.

I'm glad you got ole boy trying to steal the pressure washer that night. Also, if the thief is "INSIDE" your residence while your present, (around here anyway) nothing will be held against you if you take action called self defense in that instance.

11 cameras are poised at the ready but, I doubt he'll be back after knowing he got seen on that video he hesitated on. The detective should be calling this week now the holidays are over.

Yeah, my neighbor was pretty upset over the stolen pistol he just had the trigger worked on and had it set to a 2 lb pull. I said, 2 lbs? He said, yes, I shot it in some competition shoots. I told him I wouldn't be leaving any guns of any kind in a vehicle unattended. The warrant will be sworn tomorrow and he was on probation after I talked to the detective about it.

He said that usually they don't get a picture that clear for positive I.D. of thugs even in convenience stores that are lit up.

Plausible deniability. If he is seen or confronted, he'll say he was looking for his dog, or whatever...

With the neighborhood watch program and a front door to knock at if that were the case and he wasn't on probation for armed robbery, ducking behind the AC units when a car drove by AND the neighbors across the subdivision getting hit the same night excludes him from any possibility of a "lost dog" plea.. Out wandering at 1:41 am and rots in a trailer park 2 miles away, not even a possibility of a "lost dog" excuse. Nonetheless, he trespassed in the 3rd degree on private property.
Maybe the thugs will take the "Neighborhood Watch" signs more seriously now ole "homie" was returned to the county steel bed and breakfast. maybe he can get another "tear drop" tattooed on his stupid face as well.
