I used Buck's a few times when I hunted in that area. I have nothing bad to say about him. I was really impressed with his shop. It was thought out very well when he built it. The cooler is located between the skinning area and the cutting room and has a door on each end. This keeps the deer that have been in the cooler the longest pushed toward the cutting room so they can be cut first. It's a relatively simple, yet ingenious way of keeping them rotated so they are all cut in a timely manner and none get skipped or overlooked.
I did hunt with a few guys that felt like they didn't get enough meat back when they used Buck's but a 50lb fawn doesn't yield much meat so I totally discounted the opinion of these guys. I never had an issue with the 2-3 deer I carried there.
