From those pics it looks like a spotlight is going to be the only way to see him till maybe the rut. He's one of those night owls but he may move in daylight hours a time or 2 and I hope you are there when he does.

98. I would use everything, and most important dont be scared of trying something both inside and outside the box. By this I mean obviously I would get some trophy rock out immediately. Sounds like your neighbor has alraady beat you to the punch. Butuse them a lot more smarter, use them to recruit. Put them on your boundaries. Then slowly move them inside your property. We do this and it has worked, not on a buck yet but this worked on a trophy doe we hunted last year. Start mocking everytime you can, it aint gonna hurt anything. Miss October, Miss Novemner, code blue, tinks, buck bomb the middle of your property like its Hiroshima. You gotta make this buck want to be on your land and doing nothing aint gonna get him in. Always pay attention to the wind, always, even if it means not even going to your land if its not right. Good luck man and let us know when you give him a dirt nap! Nothing we like more than recruiting a neighbors buck!

I agree with others, it is all about the pressure. Don't pressure him until the rut kicks in. Then get after it as hard as you can. Find another spot to hunt you some meat until the rut starts full bore. No guarantees on a hoss like that, but that will give you your best chance. Let your neighbors apply the pressure and hope he doesn't do something stupid until your ready.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

To all these folks yelling corn, rice brand and other stuff...... Are y'all telling him to pour it out and sit on it?? Whatever you do man, do it right. It would haunt me forever to kill one like that, put him on the wall, and have to think how I killed him illegally. With 140 acres of cow pastures, I don't see how you could keep it out of sight, yet it benefit you. Maybe I'm wrong, but every person that is around you and knows this deer is there is probably going to be putting corn, rice brand, peanut butter, swamp donkey, you name it out. Just let them push him out on you. Hunt smart and attempt to kill him legally. If there's one like that there, more than likely that area will produce another one in the future. Hopefully you kill him, but if you don't it's not the end of the world. A lot of pressure on you while hunting is a good way to get burned out!!!
This is Aldeer! The place people come to vent their frustrations and completely change their stance a few minutes later...

...and to add to what I said earlier, stay quiet about it to you neighbors. The more you talk about it the harder they will try also to get him on their property. It also will get the poachers attention. I'd really hate to see that one go down like that. well the picture of him from this year was from a neighbor, and hes already bigmouthed it for all of facebook so i guess its just whoever ends up in the right place at the right time... Survival of the fittest!

Build a sanctuary on your land. Turn beagle loose on neighbors land where pic was taken. Hunt on edge of sanctuary, but not in it, and kill him in front of beagle with buckshot.
Very nice deer btw. I would have a gay dove shoot on opposite side you hunt. Have 575 dozen arrows ready to sling at deer you are after. Let the beagles, walkers, or bluetick dogs runit out of the sanctuary. If that don't work throw out five truckloads of corn and hunt 101 yards down wind and don't shoot nothing, but that one deer you are after. Until the neighbors call the law on you for hunting baited plot.

Can't believe no one has mentioned the Clorox stump. clorox stump? Newbs..... Yes, the Clorox stump. You take 1.3 gallons of Clorox and pour onto said stump inside of your deer sanctuary. Make sure you only use 1.3 gallons as anything less or more will mess with the chemical breakdown that happens. The deer will absolutely destroy this area within 3-37 days. I call it the 'Big Buck Clorox Detox'.
