huntin the big lease
man he's young, he has the body of a 2-3 year old. I'd let him walk for a year and see what kind of jump he makes.

Learning moment here ...

I thought 3 based on his slimness but the protruding brisket pushed me to 4. Someone splain this to me

Paul

You're getting the sway in his back from his stance. The brisket always protrudes but will become fatty and more pronounced especially at 5. Look at the rear flank at how it still travels up prior to terminating. At 4 that area will begin to level out more instead of making such an upward swing.

Thanks Jerremy, that makes sense

Next time I see lean/lanky like that I'll remove any 4+ ideas in my head. Another dead giveaway I see is the neck taper

Hmmmm, NICE 3 yr old. Bucks like this go another year and are studs. Elude hunters and makes it to 5 yrs old and he's a monster! (Given adequate rainfall and gets nutrition). If he m makes it to 6 yrs old... he probably won't be killed! (By a hunter, anyway)
