I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Eminent domain is a good thing if you like driving on public roads, having gas for your car and electricity for your house. Without it you would have none of those things because they all require the taking of property. So I will have to agree with the Donald on this one. ..and property is not just "taken". Owners are compensated well...except for the ones who spend all their revenue fighting it.

Many times it is taken and the owner is given what the government considers to be fair market value. Do you really expect the BUYER to set a fair price for what they PAY YOU for? Not to mention, they often render the remaining property useless. I'll give an example: My cousin owns a home in Mobile Co. The county decided to turn the 2 lane county road into 4 lanes with a turning lane. The going rate for residential land in the area was determined to be $40k/acre with most homes sitting on ½ acre or less, my cousin’s house included. The county only needed about 50’ of additional property from his front yard and offered him the sum of $10k. The problem is, the house only set 60’ off of the original street. Now the expanded road (which is also a major road at this point) is 10’ from his front door. The home WAS a rental property for him, but no longer rentable since people prefer to NOT be hit by a car while trying to unlock the door.But it’s ok, it’s for the greater good, right?

All news sources pretty much agree on his inheritance; and, his performance relative to his siblings being good does not make it objectively good.

S&P 500 index was about 100 points in the late seventies, and it is about 2000 points now. Do the math and this puts their performance pretty close over that time frame (depending on who you believe about the value of Trump's "brand"). Th bottom line is that characterizing Trump as a "pulled up his bootstraps" success story is disingenuous. It's not like he came out of a dirt hole and made billions. Being successful in business is a lot easier when you start with 35 million.
