Try a tire plug kit from the gas station or autozone, that should work. If it a small leak some foam might work. When my wheel barrow sits for a while the tire goes low.

just go to harbor freight and buy a flat free tire. should be less than $20 This^^^ or you could use expanding foam like Great Stuff.

I have friend that races Figure 8 here in Missouri. He drives Caviler's and Grandam's in the races. Runs expanded foam insulation filled donuts tires. He takes the valve stem out for air to escape, drills a hole in the sidewall of the donut tire opposite of the valve stem. Stands the tire with the valve stem facing at 12:00, sticks the foam insulation tube in the drilled hole and fills the tires up until foam is coming out the valve stem and puts the valve core back in.
It takes a long time to grow an old friend.

We use Gempers Bulletproof foam in everything. It is the only thing we have found that will stand up to Osage Orange thorns. Link
