Here's what I would do. IF you're willing to do a little Internet research.
1. Contact Woodlands Realty and ask one of the Agents if they have an out of state landowner who might need someone to keep an eye out on a place.
2. If your lease is North of there toward Camden look up the Enon Baptist Church. It's between Rikards Mill and Camden. Across the street from the church are two old wood sided barns. They have been let go the last year or so, which indicates to me the owners have either gotten too old to maintain them or moved away. There may be an opportunity there to set up something and keep an eye on things for someone, and I would assume the preacher of the church would know who's they were. Good luck.
