For stealing my Stihl FS 130 and Husqvarna 350BT backpack blower out the back of my truck. Shocked the crap outta me when I finished cutting a yard Thursday night at 830 and went to grab my weedeater from the back of my truck only to find it and my blower gone. Confused me at first until I looked over and saw my lock cut and hanging from the latch. I said some words that I try not to say anymore. I knew it happened at work. Not going to say to much but this guy new exactly what he wanted and brought tools needed to cut my lock. He pulled in the location and out all in a 3min period. White guy prob 6-6'1 200-230lbs. Being in north Birmingham it surprised me that he was white. Cost me $850 yesterday replacing them because I have to have them to work. I hate a freakin theif. You work hard to have nice things for some POC to come take it from you. Makes me furious. Best we can tell is that it's a grand am or Grand Prix. Hopefully justice can be served on this guy. Although mine has been the most costly 7 people have had stuff come up missing in our parking lot.

Be on the lookout for that car sitting on the side of the road with the doughnut spare shredded.

I agree. I wouldn't be surprised if he comes back again. Sorry this happened Brandon. Let me know if I can help with anything.

I do think that looks like a Grand Am as well, although I'm seeing some similarities to a Mitsubishi galant. Any other angles of the car?

Yes we have the entire act on video. We have only had cameras for the past month or so. I want to blast this photo all over Facebook etc. but I don't know if this guy is tied to someone I work with or someone Who has case the place out recently he just made it look too easy because he pulled right up to my truck and new exactly what tools he would need to cut the lock and get in and out in a total of three minutes. Not everyone at work even knows we have cameras now but since I'm in a supervisory role I do and it's not like we are keeping it a big secret but for the time being we are being quiet about it until hopefully he will come back

I'd go thru past video to see if you can possibly get tag # or any other kind of footage cause to me I'd bet that since they knew where to go and get your property they'd planned it possibly or week or days prior to incident. I'd also try to keep the camera knowledge discreet to all employees the best i could cause out of sight out of mind and ain't no telling what or who you can catch on video thats up to no good

Looks kinda like an escort or an older Ford Taurus to me. Is the trunk popped open or is that a spoiler? Hope you catch him

Sorry guys been busy breaking in my new FS110R & 420 backpack blower. Yeah I wish upper management would let me login to the software as its all internet supported. I'd go through the day before as well as earlier in the day. I dont work after work everday and on the days I dont I drive a car. This day was the second day in a row that I had brought my tools so there is a good chance that he cased it out the day before or ealier in the day. There is some other info that I'm intentionally leaving out of this story. The only reason I put it on here is because I dont think or know of anyone that I work with hangs out on Aldeer. I am really hoping he comes back. Like I think I said earlier, 7 people have had stuff randomly come up missing in the parking lot over the past month and a half. Thats what got the cameras installed. Its a busy place with people coming and going all day long. Pull in like you have business being there and act like your doing what your supposed to be doing in 3mins and there is a chance you can steal stuff. It sucks that I had to pay $850 to keep doing what I'm doing. Been doing this 15yrs and never had a problem. I would have much rather thrown that money in my savings account or buy some ammo or a new gun. I'm kinda over the money now but I would love to see justice service on this prick. Or have a little alone time with him. I appreciate all of you listening to me vent my frustration. A man works a second job to be a better provider. I dont have to cut grass on the side to get by but it provides a better lifestyle for me and my family. You work hard to have nice things only for a thief to come and take some of it from you in 3mins.

Dang Brandon, so sorry to see this. I know it's a small chance but maybe this damn fool will come back for some more bait and he will get caught. They generally keep coming back as long as the picking is good, just like a deer or Wiley Coyote.

Check the pawnshops too. He didn't steal them to go to work or cut his own yard.

Isn't there a few pawn shops down past Finley on hwy 78? I'd check there for sure on Monday.

def some pawn shops down 78. If I get some time I may ride down there to check for my stuff. The biggest problem to arrise from this is I cant take another hit like this again. TO keep from working all weekend i do as much as I can after work. So taking my stuff to work is a must. I have to come up with a better way to either 1. lock my bed up.
2. lock my stuff up better in back of my truck.
Most of my jobs are 20mins awawy from home or are big enough that I'm cutting right up till dark. Leaving my stuff at home then running home picking it up and getting it done will not work.
