I was climbing into a stand a 4:45 this morning.. moon was so bright I could see anything that came into the field. Sat till 9. Saw a Bobcat but no yotes or pigs this time. Sitting in a stand on this cool morning sure felt good though.

Headed that way to set some cameras and do some field work. Also have a shooting house I need to finish up.

Went up this morning to fill feeders and change SD cards. I've been going up every weekend since the end of turkey season. Got three 4" pvc feeders with camera's on them. Been watching two buck's grow from buttons to real nice 8 pointers and they still have time to get even bigger. Also seen in the last couple of weeks, three different 6 pointers, looks like 5 or 6 different 4 pointers and at least 5 or 6 different spikes. Still not seeing any fawns. Judging by how low some of the doe's I've got on camera the last couple days are hanging, it's just a matter on days now.
Come October 15, probably won't see a dang thing.
Of all the things I've ever lost, I think I miss my mind the most.
