Just gotta figure out some way to get ramps or a gate on it. DON'T go with a ramp since you're going to be hauling a tractor. If it's made heavy enough to support a tractor you'll never pick it up.

I know it's a small tractor and I don't know how that will effect a trailer. Keep in mind I'm use to loading a tractor and implement on trailers where the the total weight is 7500+ pounds. When I load those tractors the truck and trailer both move. Don't forget to add the weight of the implements when looking at ramps.
On the ramps you listed, I don't know if the angle of the ramp would change the weight rating of the ramps. They would be pretty "flat" when using them on that trailer. I'm not an engineer and it might take one to tell you whether the angle would change the weight rating but I think it would reduce the weight rating.
Having said that, it's a small tractor and those ramps might work just fine. I would feel more secure with folding steel ramps that have a "foot" on them that nearly hits level ground when the ramps are let down to load the tractor. The foot on the ramps keeps the back end of the trailer from dropping too far, which keeps the truck from being raised too high when something is loaded.
You can get spring assisted ramps, that aren't hard to raise.
EDIT: I just read the reviews on the ramps and it seems that people are using them for loading tractors. You definitely won't save any money getting someone to fab ramps for the trailer, so I guess I'd give 'em a try. You will need a piece of angle iron on the rear of the trailer for the lip of the ramps to sit in, if it doesn't already have that.

SS, I never meant to sound like I was being critical of the trailer. I hope it didn't come across that way. I think that was a good price on a trailer like that.

I had talked with Chad earlier and the big question I had about the trailer was how to load the tractor on it. He sent me pics of the rear of the trailer and I was gonna take it to my welder today and get him to look at it and see what he could do for ramps. But then I looked at Northern and saw these ramps and couldn't believe that anything that light was rated for 5000 lbs. But like you, I read the reviews and saw that folks are indeed using them to load tractors and pretty much every review was very positive. I will never get over 5000 lbs with the little Yanmar. Even with a disc or cutter and the loader its not even gonna approach 4000. This is a pretty dinky little tractor, but I've been very pleased with it and it will do an amazing amount of work. The Northern ramps look like they will fit the slot on the trailer and then I can carry them in the truck. I really considered buying the 10,000 lb ramps that Northern offers, but they would have been heavier and harder to manage, and I just didn't see how I would ever need them. I have a JD5075 that I might need to move someday to carry it somewhere to be repaired, but my truck won't pull it anyway so I didn't see much point in getting the heavy ramps on the off chance that I might someday need to move the JD. If I do need the bigger ones, I betcha I could sell the 5000 lb ramps right here to somebody who could use them. Its been kinda strange to get used to the little Yanmar after using the JD, especially the loader. I try to do something and think it shouldn't be a problem at all, and then I realize I've got only about 1/3 of the power of the JD. But keep pecking at it and you can still get the job done with the Yanmar. I found out its possible to dig a hole that you can't get out of with it. SuperSpikes trailer was just as he advertised. It pulls great even with no load and I actually noticed it a lot less than the 5x8 trailer I have. I'll ask some more questions about trailering, but I'll do it in the General Forum. Thanks to all for the help, and especially to SuperSpike for a great trailer.
