Hogwild OP Booner H Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 12,788 Thomasville, AL	I entered a small competition hunt this weekend with a couple of my buddies, Chase Schroeder and Skip Fields. Another friend of ours, Clay Handley, decided to put the hunt on to give a bunch of us a reason to get together and have a good time. Wound up with 7 teams and a lot of spectators. We hunted all day Friday and weighed in a 1:30 Saturday afternoon. There were a LOT of hogs caught. I know that our team and another team hunting near us both caught 11 each. And, all the teams caught more than the 5 needed to weigh in. We got Lucky and were able to Win it with a 5 hog stringer weighing 860lbs. Not bad for a 1 1/2 day hunt! We took the pot AND got to hang out with a bunch of our friends that we don't get to see all the time. It was a real good time! He is a fine guy that really enjoys the Outdoors and hunting! He and his Team hunted at his place and caught the biggest hog of the hunt...a boar that weighed 308lbs!!!

These were all donated to a big hole dug on the back of Clay's property! The kill em where you catch em Rule does not allow much wiggle room to preserve any meat!
