I joined S&S Hunting Club this past weekend. Located in Coker, AL close to the new Sipsey Valley High School (googlemaps is your friend). They have a few openings if anybody is still looking. The rules on bucks is they must score 120" or better to shoot. No does can be shot off food plots. They've been very strict on this for the last 3 years, and if you go to the Facebook page you can see what kind of deer they had on trail camera this season that will be shooters for next season. It's around 2,000 acres and 90% or more is hardwoods. All private land leased, no westervelt or power company or paper company. They have a camp house that's not completed as of now but should be ready before season starts in the fall. It will have a kitchen, bathroom, and a loft upstairs to put an air mattress.

I haven't been up there in about a month. Go look at the pics on the Facebook page. Not much has been done yet so far on the inside, it's pretty much subfloor and framing the last time I went in there

It will sleep 10-15 when it's completed I'd guess. The upstairs loft will have bunk beds. There's also an office trailer that's used as the sign-in room and it has bunks in it as well
