juschill OP spike Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 51 Pine Apple	Looking to get a small group or family/individual to take over lease of 129 acres north of Beatrice/west of McWilliams/south of Camden. Mostly planted pines with a wet hardwood bottom covering about 1/4 of it. Established plots with a few houses. Turkey rights included, you'll have exclusive access for entire lease. Plenty of deer sign and a little hog sign as well. PM for info or with questions. $1600.
