These are some very large tracts Yes, very doubtful that you will ever see these size tracts again. Once they are broken down it is almost impossible to build them back up. Now is the time for someone to secure a lease on a size tract you can make a difference on.

Reb, we have been trying to get the information on the Rayonier land sale for over two months thru AlaLandCo without any luck and now they want to throw these kind of tracts on the market with 12 days to get a bid in, that doesn't make any sense to me. This is hunting only. Not for sale.

Rebelman what happened to BURNT HOUSE HUNTING CLUB? They have had that all leased for several years now. They couldn't find enough members to pay for the lease.
