Angelo's steak house is pretty good. It's kinda pricy though.

I'm not sure if it's still there, But Smitty's BBQ was always a good stop when we were headed home.

Capt. Andersons. There again, you will need deep pockets.

These are all in PC, not PCB.

Do yourself a favor and drive about 10 miles north of PC on 231 to CATO's seafood market. It is a raw bar type place where they will steam your food right in front of you. Not too pricey and much better than anything that you will get on the beach side of town. When I lived down there I would eat a CATO's 1-2 times per week.
