My dad is a retired forester and is getting up there in age. He's 77 but still gets around good on his new hip and just wants to have a place to go "sit on a hillside and shoot a few squirrels." I'd lease the place for him just so he'd have a place to go. Let me know if you know of anything. Thanks!
