There is actually a tract in Washington county that seems to be listed at a reasonable rate if there is any trees left on the place....

I would like to look at some of them. But, I cannot get the maps to work. And, Soterra's site won't work at all!

Twice now, I have lease property...improved it greatly, and showed a lot of trigger restraint. Then, when it is all nice and cozy, the 'Family' (in-laws) decide that they now want to hunt it.
That crap is getting old!

Yep, and the only way to beat it is to own your own land and I can't really afford much land. So I just have to pay outrageous lease prices and hope for the best.

Rayonier's site would not work on my phone but worked fine on my home PC.

They are probably looking for new staff. I think their biologists are still there but there has been a mass exodus in their management\executive staff lately.
