The women side of my family (wife, daughter, MIL et al) decided to celebrate the end of school with a trip to the big cities up north. With all the sights and shopping they have planned they still took the time away from all that to plan their schedule to be in DC today and visit the memorials and Arlington. So far all I've been able to get from my wife is that it was very emotional.
I just got a picture of my daughter placing flowers on the graves of soldiers she has never met. Said she was doing it to honor their sacrifice.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
