There's one on salco road "sand ridge hunting club". It was started by David Williams a few years back. His buddy Mike Labit ran it for a year or two. That's a different one. Sand Rock Hunting club is the actually name. It borders my club.

Do they kill some nice deer at Sand Rock? How is the club as a whole? The deer population is not great in that area but there is some good genetics there if they get old enough. They can shoot one six point then the other bucks have to have four on one side. They had a pretty good year last year. The land changed hands quite a few times for a few years but has been in the same hands for the last five years. The hunting is improving each year after some slow years due to some issues that have been taken care of.....if I was looking for a club in this area I would check it out.

I looked at Sandrock a few years ago. Was not that impressed honestly It definitely has it's limitations. At least all the clear cuts have grown back up which provides a lot of covered for the deer, but is definitely not a pretty piece of property.....
