Anybody have one? Opinion if you do have one! I shot one and loved it, it just didn't have the zip my DNA has. But... I like the smoothness, quietness and can drop some speed for comfort and increased accuracy. Plus i've read that most are tuned within 2 shots, if needed.....

Hey BD... how is retirement treating you?
I shot one too and loved how smooth it felt. Very simple bow, but you're right about the lack of zip. It's not the prettiest bow I've ever seen either, doesn't have the curves to make it sexy-very upright appearance. However, it is super quiet and very forgiving to shoot. As I am realizing the mortality of aging, I'm thinking more about 60 pound limbs, but still not sure if this bow will give me a flat enough arrow flight as I am wanting at that poundage.

I plan on hunting out west in my retirement and I hear those animals can be a little stand-offish. wink

I shot one last week and the bow feels incredible to me. It will definitely never be called a speed bow but I believe most people would shoot it better than most any bow on the market. Randy up at the Outpost said it has been as good of selling new bow as they have ever carried. I may be in the minority but I think it's an awesome looking bow. I saw a stone tactical riser with ot limbs on line and it was as good a looking bow as I've seen.

Actually working on a third retirement now.. LOL!! I Work for RVA, who contracts for the FAA. I still get to talk to all my buddies, via hotline, at GPT approach, since HSA is in their airspace.

Come by KHSA and I'll talk to you. Great deal on meals ($1) at the FBO (Million Air) for Military getting fuel. It is a new facility with a great cafe in it...

We get a lot of military, the BE40's out of Columbus, T6's out of Sherman and Whiting, C130's out of Keesler, Callender and Hurlbert. PC12's , Goshawks, Marine Cobra and Hueys, Army UH72, UH60, CH47, OH58, Coast Guard CN35's and copters........ etc. etc.

I wound up with one. Came down to the Prime ion, elite e32, and the htr. None of the 3 are speed bows but had the specs I like for hunting. I'm still getting used to the draw cycle but I'm absolutely drilling x's with it. It's a dead shooter and whisper quiet. Bought mine from Randy at the outpost, he put on the qad, setup a nock point put a loop on, one shot... Bullet hole. Randy is the man

Glad to hear you are not idle. It has been awhile since I've flown into HSA. I'll have to make it a point to get over there soon. It was always a good gas and go location. A lunch stop over sounds great. I'll give you a heads up if I get over that way.
