Savage or CZ are about the best out of the box shooters.

It's the scope and base that will have to reach 200 yards. I know you also need an accurate rifle but don't forget either part.
Where you located?

I've got a Savage Mark II TRR with an EGW rail, TPS rings, and a Mueller 4.5-14 mil dot scope. Has accutrigger. Will flat shoot. It's just too heavy to squirrel hunt with and I plan to get something lighter. Send me a PM if interested.

Another vote for the CZ's.
My 452 will consistently shoot sub half inch groups at 50 yards with bulk federal auto-match.
Look for a 452 American over the Lux or Trainer rifle though. A 22lr actually starts slowing down in barrels longer than 18". I zeroed an American (21" barrel) and an Ultra Lux (28" barrel) both at 50 yards and the Ultra Lux impacted 6" lower than the American at 100 yards. The only reason for longer barrels in a 22lr is to create a longer sight radius to make shooting with iron sights more accurate. The Lux and Trainers have 24" barrels and are very accurate rifles but you don't need any additional drag if you plan to shoot 200 yards.
The 452 has been discontinued and I've heard the 455 which took it's place isn't as accurate but I don't have any first hand knowledge of the 455's.
You're only as good as your worst shot-
