Every year it gets me. No matter how many Allegra I take, or how many times I squirt saline up my nose. My dang body aches like I crossed the property line turkey hunting. My nose can't decide if it's gonna clog up or the dams gonna burst and the tip of it looks like I should be leading a sleigh. Worst of all my head feels like it's as big as TC's. Other than that, I'm good.

Eat more local honey.

I eat plenty of it and eat allegra like Tic-Tacs. LOL The 180mg doesn't work for me. I have to take the 60 mg tablets. I can only find them at CVS and they're generics, which is fine with me.

I have heard about local honey helping. Do you have any names of folks in Cullman/Marshall County that would sell some?

They sell local honey at Feed Supply or whatever the name of it is in Guntersville. One of the guys that works there is a beekeeper.

Maybe one day I'll have enough to sell....

I've been on the river for a couple days now. My nose and head have shut off. Throat is killing me. Good luck.

I know this sounds crazy but my heart flutters from the time things start blooming until around the second week of june.It does this every year and has done it since I was a young man.It happens really bad in the evenings when the pollen level is high and really bad after I have done a yard or two.Around the middle of june it goes away just as quick as it came.
