Zeiss conquest 3-9x40 scope. has the duplex reticle in it. has a small scratch from one of the rings. glass is perfect. comes with butler creek flip up scope covers. $325.00 Located in Alabaster Will also consider trades

Are the reticles any heavier than Leupold standard duplex? Not sure. I try to stay away from leupold. Couldn't tell you the last time I looked through one. I can take a pic through the scope later this evening if you want me to.

The standard zeiss duplex reticle is the #20- I've owned at least 6 conquest scopes and the ones with a duplex were #20.
However- compared to a Leupold standard duplex, the zeiss #20 reticle is noticeably thicker except the thin portion of the crosshairs appear a tad thinner the standard Leupold duplex reticle.
I was comparing the two reticles at dusk two days ago and the zeiss #20 reticle is definitely a superior low light reticle.
I wish leupolds standard duplex was identical to the zeiss #20.
