Located around CR 13 / 93. Restricted to non-gun only. What's a decent rate per acre? Evaluating opportunity and wondering what to offer.

Depends on the ammount of land. Thats over by Helena isn't it? If it is a small, suburban type piece, I'd just spend what you think it is worth. For more of a typical hunting lease scenario, I'd guess 7 an acre might be average. If you will go on AFOA they show you the average lease price per acre, by county for the previous years. It will all be dependant on the land. I have a small area in city limits that is better than most 3,000 acre leases.

Reasonable, $4-$5 an acre. Are you gonna get it for that? I seriously doubt it. Not much land in that area that's reasonably priced. If you do, I wouldn't ever say a word to anybody. Don't even pray out loud when thanking God for the gold mine you just recieved.
