I opened the doors on my grill one evening and a damn possum came walking out. How the Hell did he get in there and shut the doors behind himself? Went inside and git a gun and the sucker was nowhere to be found when I came back out
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Hopefully my curs have thinned all the possums and coons down around the house for a while. They got my turkeys nest several times last year. I kill every one they tree around the house now.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

We get possums on the porch after pet food. One night my daughter saw one and said I'm going to shoot him. She was 14 at the time and grabbed my Daisy Powerline 880 loaded with a BB and pumped up 10 times. She popped that sucker at about 20-25 yards and killed it deader than fried chicken. I was shocked. Never expected BB to do that. She shot him angling away and musta hit something in the central nervous system cause he was DRT.

My Mother in Law was out on her back porch reading a book. She felt her cat rub against her leg so she reached down and started scratching it behind the ears. After a minute or two she thought the cat felt funny, she looked down, it was a damn possum! She lept about 8 feet straight up screaming and hollering and the possum did his best road runner imitation and got the heck out of there!
