That's a fine picture, because it's a picture of a soon to be deceased coyote.

I'm surprised you can see anything at all from the looks of his phone. I don't know how anybody could drop a phone as much as he does. He has a case but won't use it.

Hank you should have a pile of tooth picks (as the old timers called them) by now.

Lol! I saved a bunch of them last year and cleaned them up but there isn't much market for them. Not enough old timers left I guess!

Last check on the inlaws place I had a pull out. I had cut some grass to help blend a flat set with a cow bone in the edge of a field. Guess I used too much grass cause it was in the corner of the jaws preventing a good lockup.

Hope to reset on my place later this weekend.

Hate you lost on K. You definitely have to be careful with anything like that.

I pulled most of mine this afternoon. The coyotes have moved out from the river and are now up the branches. I reset three where I caught the one the first of the week so maybe I'll have some luck up there. I'm planning on setting some more up there tomorrow. I ran out of daylight today. Good luck to everybody.

I just tripped all mine today but haven't pulled the stakes out of the ground yet as it was a decision I made on the spot and didn't have anything to do it with. All the dirt I bedded them in turned into thick mud or had partially washed away. One trap also has to be moved because I just can't stop catching yard dogs in it. I don't know why they travel the distance that they do to hit that trap but I'm 2 yard dogs in, 1 coyote in, and one raccoon in.

I think I'm gonna wait till after turkey season to put any back down as I don't want to spook turkeys off fields needlessly checking traps.
