Pal good luck with your search in the sincerest way. What you are looking for does exists but it's like finding a needle in 10 hay stacks. Especially through this website. When and if you do have an offer you need to be prepared to hunt with more turkey hunters than the property can support or have deep pockets to lease the exclusive rights. I've looked long an hard after loosing my place close to home and have found nothing worth having. Good luck!
