BamaWes14 OP 6 point B Joined: Dec 2013 Posts: 1,034 Walker Co.	Had this deer on camera all season and only had one encounter with him while I was hunting and never had a chance to get a shot at it. Had the last 4 days of the season to hunt and my good friend from louisiana was coming up to finish the season with me in hopes to catching a late season buck. After seeing hardly any deer the first few days this guy steps out at 5:15 Friday evening in front of my buddy who I had put in my best stand I thought I had in hopes he would get a shot at one of the 3 shooter bucks I had in that area. He let the .270 eat and dropped him in his tracks. Not sure which one of us was more excited. Even though I wasn't the one who killed it knowing my hard work and time I put in all paid off. Good management and dedication to an area where I knew there were good bucks make it a wonderful hunt. Now on to scouting for next year in hopes I can get a nice buck like my good friend did.
