Beautiful morning. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. My phone screen does not always work right, usually a lot of misspelled words.... I stood up to stretch and looked at him and he stood up. I watched him in binocs pick his bow up and look ready. This buck was love sick coming down it. Running with nose to ground and in and out of bushes. He grunted though and it was over. Come in at ten yards and raged him. He ran directly to me down the fire break and cut in. Even though it was probably a kill shot, I let one fly to. I hate losing these suckers. I see him dead so looks to be 14 inch wide 6 point. He was love sick. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. My phone screen does not always work right, usually a lot of misspelled words.... Got to this spot I have on the river to hunt only to find that trespassers decided they need to come play in the mid... So I left and come to my other spot. Guess it just wasn't ment for me to hunt that spot..., oh well I'm set up over lookin a bluff where the deer walk up maybe today is the day I can finally get a good buck down from this property... Never shot s buck here and been huntin it since I was 14 or so...
