I know we have beat this to death but just found 2 new Deer Processors locations in Stockton AL. I was wondering if any one had info. on them or have used them.

Yeah I've been waiting to hear about this place also. They just started up this season.....the one on the north side of Stockton. I haven't heard anything about the one on the south side either. I've only dealt with Carl's and farm fresh. The last burger I got from farm fresh wasn't all that great but this has been more than 5 years ago.

The on the south side is only 1 mile north of I65. I wrote down both numbers to call them and see what they can do and prices.
That Gun Place looked a little shady...
Carl's Drives me crazy closing at 5:00 and not open on Sunday. I am a working man and can't get by there during the week. Pretty sure they stay open past 5. That was possibly bow season hours.

Stopped in and talked to the guys north of Stockton, prices varied from $ 1.75-$2.00 per lb. depending on what you want done. Skining was $ 25.00. I am going to give them a try and will report back.

I have been taking my deer to Carl's for the last few seasons. Last year I went to try to drop a deer off about 5 minutes after closing time. I knocked on the door and the lady was standing behind the counter. She did not want to acknowledge me being at the door but finally did. All she did was us her hands saying they were closed. How the lady handled this pissed me off to say the least. I know the people on the North side of Stockton and they just reopened this year. I am going to start using them to process my deer. I can not deal with Carl's and their unappreciative ways.

The nerve of Carl's to not open back up after they had already observed their posted closing time. How dare them.

The nerve of Carl's to not open back up after they had already observed their posted closing time. How dare them. Not the problem I had with them being closed for 5 minutes. The problem was not even coming to the door which was 20 feet away and talking to a customer like a human being. Rude to say the least.oh yea hunter buck why don't you get back over to the football forum with your b.s.
