where are you located at now? A young guy i hunt with shot his first rack deer this morning with a straight on chest shot. No blood what so ever, but did find hair. I looked for 5 hours today with him, but nothing. Really wanted to find this one for him, but it is very thick and we had no luck

There was guy that shot a deer close to the GE plant in Lowndes county (next to Montgomery) the other day that could've used you. Trailed it for 200 yards on my buddy's land and lost blood. It was a good 8 point.

Im eating dinner in Birmingham chow town,foods ok,man been sitting around all day bored,wish you had called.I started out this morning in huntsville.with head on shots like that if they are hit good at all they drop pretty fast maybe 100 yards and sometimes no blood,if shot left or right you have a broken leg or shoulder but there is blood,if hit way far lft or rt a graze you have hair and no bld and they live,and cant be caught,thatis a really tough lowpercentage shot

Yes!had only a few tiny spots of blood for the first 20 yrds then no blood untill around 40 yrds from dead deer,at around a mile of painstakingly slow tracking we were about to give up,when the gps indicated she was locked up on the deer,weird looking deer he was a 3x5.he made huge circle and ended up 350yrds behind blind that hunt shot him from.got back to selma around 6am.then took off for montgomery for 8pt shot last nite in liver with bow,two hunters looked last nite couldnt find any blood,lucy showed us blood at around 200 yrds and found deer at a little over 600 yrds.bobcat had already had a meal.
