I grew up hunting skyline and ive killed alot of deer there, with that being said id steer clear of rifle hunts( or buy a bulet proof vest and a blaze orange jump suit), it can get a little hairy up there, probly the same with all management areas on a rifle hunt tho. Also i usually have to put my walkin shoes on to get away from folks. Ive never hunted wheeler id say try wich evers closest to u
