I have been a mathews shooter for a long time but have been thinking about swapping to an elite. I had to make a trip to Village Sports today to get my Mathews string reserved so I decided to shoot the new Elite Energy 35 while I was there. It was smooth and quiet. Also shot the new Mathews nocam. It was ok but as much as I don't like to say it the Elite was better.

The Elites are nice. Have you tried a Chill R or Chill X with the Rock Mods yet?

I shot the Elites a few weeks ago at Wileys in Decatur. I really liked them, & really liked the grip on them. Seemed I could really hold the bow in a torque free state. I'm still partial to my Chill X though. If I was planning on buying a bow for hunting only, it would probly be an Elite.

I like the elite bows. I've got a g5 and I think g5 was or still is building bows for elite
