Sean Hannity just laid the wood to the attorney for the Brown family. Attorney was spinning the story and Hannity called him out on every detail.

I was watching that too. That attorney is a pure idiot. Almost as big of an idiot as Obama. Everytime they have shown him on tv, all he has done is made statements that have done absolute nothing to help. All it's done is to help incite the crowd. He needs to keep his mouth shut!!! So ignorant.

Unlike "fence-in," "fence out" cattle, this is something I do deal with on a regular basis in my practice, having defended federal civil rights cases against LEOs all the way to oral argument before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The standard to get beyond the officer's entitlement to qualified immunity is higher than the standard for a grand jury indictment.
No chance of a 4th Amendment civil verdict in my opinion. Thank you - what is your opinion on the next actions?
