I've read that a decision will be made public at 4pm Central and others say 5pm Central.

Indict and an officer goes on trial for a crime he is not guilty of. You have people emboldened by the indictment, and I will bet that you'll see more violence towards cops in the very near future.

If they return a no bill, then all hell will break loose with screams of racism. Riots will take place and the DOJ will step in with Federal charges in an attempt to circumvent the State. The element that likes to cause trouble will have an axe to grind and will go out of their way to stir up trouble.

Either way, I hope this cop can get some plastic surgery and a new name and disappear as he will always have a target on his back otherwise.

The police want the decision to be announced at night. Working people are at home and off the streets. It's easier to close off sections of the city and less innocent people get in the way of police doing their jobs.
