Any where. Me and the wife are getting away for the weekend. No place in particular. We're just riding and looking. Thanks Jon

You can drive the paint rock valley. Hwy 65 north from hwy 72. Then thru southern-middle tennessee.

The harder I practice, the luckier I get.

Little river canyon is fairly close to Ft. Payne.

Cathedral Caverns is a cool place, Its inbetween grant and woodville on the marshall/jackson co line.

Walls of jericho, its a all day kinda thing tho, up on the Tennessee line on hwy 79.

If your just looking for driving scenery, Hwy 65 is the way to go, drive up into paint rock valley, Beautiful place.

Guntersville state park a hour or so before dark... the deer come out and feed on side of the road near the lodge and campground.. take a loaf of bread and throw out they will come up and eat it... we saw about 50 last time up there with a couple of them being nice bucks.

This and Cathedral Caverns.

All good suggestions so far. Here are a few more and some may be duplicates already mentioned. Anywhere around Guntersville is scenic, catch Cathedral Caverns, Buck's Pocket, Mentone, Desoto Falls down to Little River Canyon. Travel a little further South and definitely find Cherokee Indian Rock Village. Google is your friend. You wont be disappointed.

If you're in the Ft. Payne area, go eat lunch at the Wildflower Cafe in Mentone.
