Back in Tennessee with the ML this morning. The rut's wide open here. Saw several deer chasing this week and had a few missed opportunities on shooters. Hoping I can get it done today before the rifles come out tomorrow. I'm here for the day or until something hits the dirt.

Good luck!

I'm ML hunting too...Mr. Weatherman was calling for an ENE wind here this morning, but we don't have a real good stand location for that wind. I started to stay at the camp, but ended up deciding against it...I'm overlooking a big food plot and I'm up high on a ridge. I don't believe the ENE wind will mess me up.

No deer for me yet, but I just hammered a coyote...I killed one with my ML in this stand on the same day last year too

This might be the smallest coyote I've ever seen. I bet it won't weigh 15 lbs. Regardless, I'm glad to get it out of the woods.

Since the wind has been NW here all morning, I decided to make a move when I shot the coyote. I'm in the hardwoods now, hoping for a mid-morning buck.

Better save a few of those Choccolocco deer for me. Can't wait to get up in a tree tomorrow! Good luck today!

Been a surprisingly slow morning so far here. Haven't saw anything since the small buck earlier. Hopefully a hot doe will come through.

Wind switched around on me so I changed spots. Now watching a big hayfield that the deer have been using good in the evenings. I saw two shooters in this field earlier this week.

All I saw this morning was a spike and the yote that I killed...I'm back at it this afternoon. Maybe a good one will come out before dark:30
