From the way I read the the Hunting regulations the special muzzleloader and Air Rifle season is for "Privately Owned or Leased Land and National Forest Service Land". It never mentions "open permit public land". Do you agree with that?

National Forest is public land but not all public land is national forest. I think they just messed up AGAIN.
