Great looking spot about to head out till dark. Found some scrapes last week on the edge of a field going go use my climber and try to get my first bow kill. Wind direction is perfect and they have to be getting moving soon. Good luck to all

Later when you get time can you give info. on your Under Armour gear set up? I've been looking at that stuff just not sure what to get in it to not be so bulky, but be able to still be warm and bow hunt in cold conditions. Thanks and good luck to day.

Same here, been thinking about the infrared stuff. I have browning hydro fleece that keeps me warm but it's bulky when trying to bow hunt cold weather.

Set up on a power line food plot. Saw a slobber knocker here on my way out just after noon. May leave the stand for tomorrow morning.

I'll hijack. I have the UA EVO cold gear. I wear it when temps are in 30's with just shirt, pants and fleece jacket. When it gets real cold I'll add polartec insulations to the mix.

Ron, I've had the pants and jacket for about four seasons now. I can't rember what they were called, but they are very similar to the Ayton model now. The secret is layering. Below 25 I wear the UA 3.0 base layer or the Cabela's Polartec polar weight. Then I wear a layer of the Rocky heavy weight fleece. On top of that I'll wear my normal hunting pants and shirt. The outer layer is the UA jacket and pants. If I have to walk in very far or use a climber, I carry them in and put them on before climbing. If it's below 20 I'll carry one of the hand muffs you wear around your waist and some hot hands. I wear a pair of thin nylon liner socks under a pair of wool socks and Muck Woody Max boots. Since I've started cutting my hair so short, I wear a UA skull cap on my noggin.

Many Thanks Sonny. It's been time to update my hunting clothing, this helps a lot.
