Just curious as to how these broadheads have been working for those that have used them. I think I saw that Shaw was using them in his arrow setup... how have they performed?

I'm a fan, that have wore out every deer I've shot with them. I hope to use one this evening.

They have been performing very well.

This is the entry hole on my second nannerhead.

Great, thanks. I have started using them too, I hope I get the chance to see them in action soon.

My bow shop was out of rage extremes so I picked up a pack of killzone max. Hopefully I'll have a report soon.

I noticed the blades seem a little loose out of the package... should I tighten them up a bit or is that part of the design? I would imagine if they are too tight they might not deploy properly.

I've shot three with them...results have been awesome so far. I never liked the idea of any head with an o-ring.

Those of you that re-sharpen blades on mechanicals...what do you use, and do you remove the blades from the head before sharpening?

Yes, I remove the blades. If they're very dull I'll use a drag type sharpener to start the edge then finish off with a Smith's diamond stone.

I dropped a huge bodied illinois buck within eye sight Monday. Out of the 3 deer I've killed none have made it past 50 yards. So far so good, also all broadheads have been resharpned and are ready for round 2.

How do they fly compared to field tips? that was the number one reason i went from muzzys to rages was because they would hit the same as field tips, have yall noticed a similar trend with these? also are the blades easier to replace than rages?

They fly exactly like a field tip. They're fairly easy to take apart if you have the little wrenches.
