Depends on your setup and arrows - grains per inch, length, spine, nock weight, etc. If you're weak, shoot the 100s to stiffen the spine. If you're too stiff, use the 125s to make your setup weaker.

When I changed, I noticed my arrows did not drop as quickly on longer shots. So you may need to resight.

Your shooting a 200 grain TOTAL WEIGHT bolt in a crossbow?

Can't be. It would blow the limbs slap off of it. Probably misunderstood someone telling him the bolt was for a 100gr. point.

I can guarantee you your bolts (arrows) weigh more than 100gr. My buddy shoots a 150# crossbow with a 20" Carbon Express PileDriver bolt. The total weight of his bolt is 442gr. That includes the 100gr. tip he's shooting. http://www.carbonexpressarrows.com/crossbow/crossbow-bolts/piledriver--crossboltFrom what I've read most people recommend shooting a 125gr. point. Best thing to do is try both and see which ones group the best with your bolts.
