I didn't watch the video, but I had a few skin tags. I cut them off with fingernail clippers. They work real good and it's instant. It doesn't hurt that bad but they do bleed for a bit.

I had one under my arm. I tied a piece of dental floss around it fairly snug. In 4 days, it was gone.

I use 35% peroxide. Use it twice a day for about a week and they are normally gone. Be ready with a cold wet rag and don't get it in your eyes. Takes care of pre-cancerous conditions just as well as freezing it at a dermatologist. (Use a Q-tip to put it on.)
