Read 'em all many times.

I have my grandfather's books -- The Dave Porter Series -- from the early 1900s that were similar, for that time period.

Doc Savage is about all I remember reading other than school assignments.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

I had to stick to Dr. Seuss. Anything above that challenged my comprehensive reading skills.

Yeah I read all of them, and the Tom Swift series, Tarzan, and anything else I could grab. When my boys were young we read the x-x Boys series. Now they are a favorite of Will's, and he is reading the Hardy Boys books. I like the fact they are clean, not badly written, and the good guys always win. It was like TV when I was growing up, you might say it was wholesome fun. F Troop, Rat Patrol, Hogans Heroes, all the westerns. No bad language, no wardrobe malfunction, no open sex. A kid could watch anything, and guns were not bad.

I read a bunch of those including THE SINISTER SIGN POST and THE HOUSE ON THE CLIFF. Every one had essentially the same plot and phrasing, although I didn't catch onto that as a kid. Good books way back in the day.

Frank and Joe always fought crime in their neat sweaters and button-down dress shirts and always referred to their friends as "chums." Boy, that goes WAY back in years.

It wasn't until 1987 that Hardy Boys books featured any murder or real violence.

Read allot of National Geographic. Well I'll call it that, actually it was thumbing through looking for topless aborigines or nocturnal jungle Indians.

I read the heck out of the Hardy Boys.

My older son loved them too.

I had the full set and loved to read the Hardy Boys. Read them multiple times over. Passed them down to my two sons and they loved them too. Still read them on occasion at ages 15 and 13.

Nary a one.

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
