My cousin was born with cystic fibrosis and was told he would not live past the age of 14. 3 lung transplants later he just turned 30. The first 2 were performed at UAB in 2011. He had to go to Cleaveland Clinic in order to have the 3rd transplant performed which was done in May. He was released from Cleaveland Clinic and flown in a medivac airplane to UAB about a month ago to remain under their care until he could get in shape to be completely released. This last event has been going on for roughly a year. Well the doctors told us yesterday that his situation was not getting any better and that they only give him a couple days to a week to live.
Before I finished typing this post I just recieved word that he Just passed 15mins ago.
Please send one up for my family.
