in the scenario where one of our members traded his vehicle on a new one and then the dealer called a few days later wanting the new one back but the tradein had been sold?
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Probably didn't get financed (nothing wrong at that) and they "pre approved" him and thought he would get financing and wasn't. You're right, nothing wrong with not getting financed but I would think there would be something wrong with this part of your sentence, "they "pre approved" him and thought he would get financing and wasn't". They should have held the vehicle he traded in until they knew he would be financed instead of going ahead and selling it.
