Skinny, you oughta weigh 672lbs and 43oz the way you post about eatin  I got a straight-pipe for a colon. My wife also says I got glass-packs for a muffler.

Nothing like a sweet tater! Had me some sweet tater casserole last week with some chopped pecans on top. Dangitman it was good.
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts,hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

So last night working the ER I have this guy, 30'something, no medical problems with rectal bleeding. So do my work up on the guy, labs all stone cold normal and I'm on the fence of what to do with him. Not actively bleeding, talk to hospitalist and he's of the same mind as me so I go in to talk things over with the guy and ask him any more rectal bleeding. He says "no, I just feel gassy and I'm avoiding doing that". SO..I tell him that I want him to pass gas to see if anymore blood comes out. He starts laughing and looks over at his wife and says "see, now I have a doctors note that I need to fart". The wife gives me this look of daggers flying out of her eyes. I left the room to so they could "discuss things" lol and then send in the cutest nurse we have to see if he's passed gas and anymore bleeding.....the wife loved it lol. She was laughing so hard that he had to tell the cute nurse that.
Finally deported myself from the peoples republik of Kaliforkistan.
