Rush. The best band EVER. Hands down.
Longevity. Critical acclaim. Album sales. Continuity among band members. Apply any criteria you'd like. Geddy, Neil, Alex= RUSH! One of my top 4 super group bands! Dr. B X1,000,000 I saw them in concert twice back when they released. "Roll the Bones". I'm a percussionist. I watched Neil thru binoculars because I couldn't believe one man could play YYZ like he did.

The term "Super Group" was first applied to bands like Blind Faith that were made up of former members of other first-tier bands.

Rush... No better quality of talent... Of course I'm a a drummer, and Power Windows was my first rock concert, and I have seen the about 8 times since.. But still...They never fail to be perfect, and continue to improve as the get older from the late 60's to today the progression of albums is incredible.
