Anyone ever had to have something repaired? I have a pair of 10x42 binoculars that won't focus anymore. The finger adjustment spins and spins and nothing happens. I don't have the receipt. I can't find a lot out on the internet, I guess they don't break that often. Thanks for any input.
not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids

I just registered, thank you for the info. I am the original owner, it's just after 12 years I don't have a receipt. They don't say anything about the cost or coverage, I always heard it was lifetime but I can't find that. Anyway, I'll know in a couple weeks I guess.

If you buy a pair of 1200 binos, the warranty shouldn't be a selling point. My wallet agrees........

If you buy a pair of 1200 binos, the warranty shouldn't be a selling point. Compare Swaro to leica and warranty does become a selling point.

Took a pair to Mark's and sent them off. Was told not to expect them for hunting season, which was fine. Got them back on the 14th Only paid shipping charges for one way. Have done this several times, with one pair broke in half due to my fault. Explained it being my fault. Same thing, fixed and only charged for shipping one way. So, in my opinion, the customer service is top notch! God Bless, David B.

They are both great glass but when your Leica warranty runs out you are SOL. Thus a good warranty becomes a large consideration.

Why they all said. Customer service is superb at Swarovski. Luckily, I've niece had to use it for broken glass. I've had them replace reticles in two scopes for me.
