Anyone here a member or know any information about this club? Located on Hwy 174 between Odenville and Pell City past Kelly Creek Road on the left if driving East. Thanks for any info!

It's not Backbone. I know several people there as well. There are signs on tress (on the side of 174) that state "Cook Springs Hunting Club" Plus, Backbone is a couple miles down 174 from the land I'm talking about.

There is 2 across the highway on county rd 27 the abbott hunting club and the carleton! Does anyone know aythinf about either?

I currently am a member of a hunting club out side of Dadeville Al. I looking for a place closer to where I live in St. Clair county. Does anyone know of a club that is looking for new members?

Check out our website. www.tallapoosariverhuntingclub.comWe have approximately 5,000 acres located in two tracts. One tract (3,700 acres) 8 miles east of Lineville. The other tract (1,300 acres) located about 3 miles west of Wedowee, just across the Tallapoosa River from the Lineville tract. Dues are $650 for 2011-2012. We have around 40 food plots with shooting houses on all of them. This will be my 4th year in it and have seen some really nice deer come from the place.

How many members are there? I couldn't find that information on the website. I grew up in Coldwater and went to school at Oxford, so I know there is some good hunting in that area (where club is).
